Welcome to The Reserve, your Central Kentucky luxury estate on seven gated acres of private bluegrass and minutes from the idyllic bourbon distilleries & charming beauty of Lexington.
Your estate features nine opulent bedrooms, seven custom bathrooms, & multiple living and dining areas for group celebrations. The lower level of the main estate showcases an enormous bourbon country recreation area featuring custom granite and stone bar, full sized pool table, shuffleboard table, poker and foosball tables, and an adjacent 20 seat movie theater.
The centerpiece of the estate grounds is a custom 20X40 heated inground pool open 365 days a year and electronically heated to 88-90 degrees at all times.
Your outdoor aquatic oasis area also features an eight person Jacuzzi spa with custom jets and lighting heated to 102 degrees at all times and lounge with al fresco dining seating for up to 30 guests.

Summary: As far as the home and stay itself we had a fabulous experience. There were 12 adults and we all had comfortable accommodations and could very easily spread out. The large kitchen and grill were lovely. The pool and hot tub were nice touches. Location was excellent. Con’s- there was no EV charger as advertised. There are ample 120V outlets in the garage, so we charged with those, but would have been nice to know there was no EV charger. Typically in past rentals, there is cooking oil and a few spices. This house had none of those, so beware and purchase everything you may need if you intend to cook here! There was no shampoo, conditioner and only a bar of soap per bathroom. No big deal, just prepare ahead of time. Additionally there was only one towel per person; not a big deal unless you are a person who uses several towels during a stay (we are not). In all, the house was great and we would definitely stay again, albeit a bit more prepared next time. The biggest downside to this property was the “concierge/activity bookings” that are offered. Our group of 12 used The Farm services to do a horse farm tour one day and a bourbon tour the next. We paid several hundreds PP and the Farm forgot about our horse tour until we reminded them at 9pm the night before, so the tour was loosely executed. Definitely use other services or book excursions on your own. Would not recommend using the Farm for excursions.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised; our family loved the double refrigerator and double islands in the kitchen. I especially appreciated the lighted makeup mirror in the primary bedroom. The staff was very nice and helpful. The listing does not show pictures of the pool and grill area but it is a nice space. We found the house was positioned just right so you can see a beautiful sunset every evening from the primary bedroom, living room, pool area, and kitchen. There were plenty of supplies (towels, paper towels, etc.) for our group for a weekend stay. Overall we had an excellent time and captured some phenomenal pictures.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this property! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was relaxing just being able to sit outside and enjoy the quiet. The only feedback I would provide is what has been mentioned in previous reviews. It would be great if instructions provided for things like the theater room projector and the automated blinds. We eventually figured them out with some help from Candace, but it would be nice to have the info when starting your stay. Also, while the cleaning staff did a great job getting the house ready for us, it could use a good deep cleaning.

Summary: Overall the stay was good, however, there were several things over our 3 day stay that could have been better. The pool was dirty and not heated when we arrived. We cleaned it the best we could since the kids were itching to get in! The air conditioning was not working and the master suite was 78 degrees for our first afternoon, night and a portion of the 2nd day. The dishwasher was broken and we had to call on that. The media for the theater was quite complicated and had to call for instructions. It would be helpful if you had something posted on how to use it. We only had 4 washcloths for the house and had to call for more. Candace was on top of things each time we called but we spent our 3 days there constantly contacting her.

Summary: This property has everything, and then some, to make your stay enjoyable. You literally don’t have to leave the place to be entertained. And for large groups, there is so much space so you never feel like you are on top of each other. The processes before, during and after our stay are excellent. The one thing we would say could be improved is an upgrade on some things and a good deep cleaning.

Summary: This house is amazing. We had nine guys on our trip so everyone had their own room. Master suite was huge with a huge bathroom. Check-in was a breeze. Very convenient to Lexington. Amenities were great and our driver for two days (Carla) was excellent. Having the van available to drive us around made touring a lot easier. Haven't seen the price we were able to get, but it was cheaper than a hotel and so much nicer. Would love to come back with my family but looking ahead the rates we got this time aren't available anymore. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Heated pool so swam in December and enjoyed hot tub. Plenty of room. Great for adults and children. Huge kitchen and refrigerators. TV’s in many room with big screens. No complaints. Candace was great and available around the clock.

Summary: What a great property and memorable experience! Chef Makeiah’s southern feasts were 5 star! The Bourbon Excursion was bucket list worthy! The surprise bash for my husbands BD was incredible- friends and family had a great time especially with the lower level game room. The house is sprawling and everyone had their own private space. Can’t say enough great things about the concierge service- top notch and responsive property manager. No wonder this property is constantly booked. Loved every minute of our stay!

Summary: My extended family and I rented this property for a long weekend and it was wonderful! This is a great property and management company. Everything was clean, the house was exactly as described, and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend for anyone considering staying in the area that needs more space.
